meet our founder
"I'm driven every day by the powerful women who raised and shaped me"
I founded G&T and G.Digital in 2020 to brand I was genuinely proud of-one rooted in community, authenticity and real impact. From the start, my goal was to create a business that clients love partnering with, that my team are proud to represent, and that gives back to the industry that’s given me so much.
More than anything, I wanted to show young women that success doesn’t require toning yourself down or fitting into a mould. You can build, lead and thrive by being completely yourself. While we work with brilliant people of all backgrounds, I’ve always been deeply passionate about championing women in tech.
Along the way I was named Recruitment Leader of the Year 2024, completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme, and our work has been featured by the BBC, Channel 4 and even at the House of Lords.
We’re growing fast and pushing the industry to raise its standards- but at the heart of it all is a simple mission: helping create a better, fairer future for women in tech…
