These aren’t just statistics to us. They’re the reason G&T exists.

And although some statistics are moving in the right direction, there’s still a very long way to go.

We have a duty of care to our community to only partner with brands that champion diversity and progressive hiring. Every new partner undergoes thorough due diligence because we only work with companies that don’t just talk about representation but they deliver it.
