They’re looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer who enjoys combining hands-on development with technical leadership - shaping solutions, mentoring others, and driving modern engineering practices.

What you’ll be doing:

- Leading the design and delivery of scalable, secure software solutions

- Translating complex business requirements into clean technical implementations

- Migrating legacy systems to modern frameworks and technologies

- Writing high-quality, reusable, maintainable code

- Mentoring developers and influencing engineering standards and best practice

What you’ll bring:

- Solid experience as a Dynamics or Power Platform Developer

- Strong software design principles (SOLID, clean code)

- Expertise in one or more modern programming languages

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

- A collaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and improvement

- £55-60k salary

- Hybrid working - 1 day per week onsite in Manchester
