G.Digital are working with a leading technology-led organisation to support them in hiring an experienced Product Manager to join their delivery function. 🚀

This is an opportunity to step into a role where you’ll lead a multidisciplinary team in the development and launch of customer-focused digital products within a complex, regulated environment.

You’ll take ownership of shaping product strategy from early concept through to delivery, ensuring solutions drive both user value and commercial impact.Offering the stability of an established business alongside continued investment in digital innovation, this is well suited to someone who enjoys influencing product direction and bringing new solutions to market. ✨

What You’ll Bring ✨

✔ Strong experience within a Product Management role

✔ Proven track record managing products across the full lifecycle

✔ Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams

✔ Ability to translate strategic goals into clear technical requirements

✔ Experience contributing to go-to-market or product marketing initiatives

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

✔ Experience within regulated environments (desirable)

✔ Active SC Clearance or eligibility to obtain SC

✅ Lead product initiatives from research and planning through to launch

✅ Translate product vision into actionable requirements for delivery teams

✅ Develop supporting business cases and commercial justifications

✅ Use market and competitor insights to inform strategy

✅ Collaborate with technical, operational and commercial teams

✅ Support prioritisation and resource planning across delivery streams

✅ Shape product messaging across target customer segments
