Project Analyst
Product Analyst | £50k - £55k + Annual Bonus | Leeds (Hybrid)
G.Digital have partnered with a well-established, industry leading tech consultancy and after multiple successful hires, we are now supporting them in hiring a Product Analyst.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience in Product Analysis, Business Analysis or Change roles within business & IT environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall (comfortable in hybrid delivery environments)
- Ability to quickly build domain knowledge and engage credibly with senior stakeholders
- A user-first mindset, grounded in data, insight and continuous improvement
- Regulated sector experience would be highly advantageous.
How You’ll Work
- Collaborate with Product Managers, designers, developers and SMEs to define and refine product features.
- Analyse user behaviour, performance data and feedback to inform product decisions.
- Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to delivery objectives.
- Support backlog refinement with evidence-based prioritisation (JIRA experience beneficial).
- Contribute to both structured programmes and fast-paced change initiatives.
- Ensure solutions are aligned to user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
- You’ll play a key role in translating insight into action, ensuring product outcomes are fit-for-purpose, compliant and commercially sound.
