Project Manager (Junior)

They specialise in:

• SharePoint
• Microsoft Teams
• PowerApps
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Azure (PaaS, SaaS, IaaS)

They thrive on being a small, ambitious startup working closely with clients to design and deliver modern workplace and cloud-first solutions. As they grow, they are looking for a Junior Project Manager who wants to grow with them and be part of an exciting build.

The Role

• This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their project management career who wants real ownership, real responsibility, and exposure to enterprise-level Microsoft technologies.
• You’ll work alongside senior consultants and technical leads to support the delivery of digital transformation projects across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• In a small consultancy like ours, you won’t be stuck updating spreadsheets, you’ll be actively involved in client conversations, planning delivery, and keeping projects moving.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft 365 and Azure projects
• Coordinating internal technical teams and client stakeholders
• Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Supporting project documentation, reporting, and governance
• Helping ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
• Learning how to run projects independently as you develop

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years’ experience in project coordination or project management (tech environment desirable)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident communicator, comfortable speaking with both technical teams and clients
• Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership
• Interest in Microsoft technologies and cloud ecosystems
• Ambitious, curious, and eager to learn

Bonus points for:

• Exposure to Microsoft 365 or Azure environments
• Understanding of Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Relevant certifications (or working towards one)
