Stop scrolling. IT’S HAPPENING. G&T (girls and tech!) is expanding (yes…again!) which means it’s time to draft your resignation letter because your dream job is calling!

We’re excited to start the search for a Social Media/ Content Queen (or King) to help us during the most exciting period of growth yet.

G&T is a community-led platform on a mission to amplify the voice of the women in tech community- and how companies attract, engage and retain them.

• We’ve built a network of 100,000+ ladies (we need your help gaining the next 100k)
• Hosted events for thousands (featuring on BBC & CH4)
• Generate over 1M monthly impressions (10M for March during IWD- proud moment!)

This role sits at the intersection of:

• Content creation
• Community
• Employer branding
• Commercial growth

You won’t just be “running social”.

You’ll be helping shape how both G&T and our partner companies show up to the world- and how they attract talent because of it.

What you'll be doing/ what we're looking for:

• Building and evolving G&T’s presence across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
• Strong written communication (or AI prompting) skills to produce high quality blog posts/ interviews/ social media captions
• Someone who has knowledge around AI (or an interest in learning) to enhance the quality of content and speed of delivery
• Creating fun, informative content that genuinely resonates with our community
• Getting in front of the camera- interviewing, hosting, bringing energy to the brand
• Attending and helping run events, and turning those moments into high-impact content
• Working directly with our partner companies to:

- Capture content in their offices

- Showcase their culture in a way that actually lands

- Support their employer branding through G&T

• Helping us scale our G&T partnership packages by showing the real value we deliver through content
• You’re proactive- you come with ideas and just get on with it- FULL autonomy
• You care about building something with purpose #GIRLPOWER energy!
• You’re comfortable in professional environments- working directly with clients and representing the brand externally

….basically someone who sleeps with their phone in their hand, who dreams of algorithms and is unapologetically addicted to social media and creating content!
